Call for Artists
Teaching Artists

The Cleveland County Arts Council is excited to invite teaching artists to be part of our growing creative community. With the recent renovation of The Studios, we now have three dedicated working studio classrooms and we are eager to see them bustling with learning, experimentation, and creative energy.
We are currently seeking teaching artists interested in leading studio classes and workshops in a wide range of mediums, including but not limited to:
-
Mixed media
-
Watercolor
-
Oil painting
-
Jewelry and metals
-
Clay and ceramics
-
Fiber, printmaking, and other exploratory or experimental processes
If you are passionate about your craft and enjoy sharing your knowledge, process, and creative voice with others, we would love to hear from you. We welcome teaching artists who offer both ongoing classes and one-time workshops, as well as those interested in creative intensives or short-format experiences.
Our goal is to build a dynamic, inclusive studio program that supports artistic growth at all levels while fostering meaningful creative connections within our community. Whether your teaching approach is technique-driven, intuitive, conceptual, or exploratory, there is space for your voice at CCAC.
