Electronic Sign Project, $40,000
The Cleveland County Arts Council is seeking support for the installation of an electronic sign to better connect with our community and increase awareness of the arts throughout Cleveland County. This sign will allow us to share timely information about exhibitions, classes, festivals, performances, and special events in a highly visible and engaging way.
An electronic sign will serve as a welcoming first impression for visitors and a dynamic invitation for the broader community. By replacing static messaging with a flexible, easy-to-update display, we can ensure that our programming is clearly communicated year-round and accessible to everyone who passes by.
This project represents a lasting investment in visibility, accessibility, and community engagement. In addition to promoting Arts Council programs, the sign will provide meaningful recognition for donors and corporate partners, helping amplify the impact of their support while strengthening the Arts Council’s presence as a vibrant cultural hub.

As the first point of contact for visitors, students, artists, and patrons, the lobby sets the tone for the Arts Council experience and reflects our commitment to inclusion, creativity, and community.
A refreshed lobby will offer a warm and engaging environment where guests feel immediately connected to the arts. Planned improvements include updated lighting, improved wayfinding, comfortable gathering areas, and design elements that highlight the work of local artists. The renovated space will better accommodate, receptions,
exhibitions, and community gatherings while enhancing the overall visitor experience.
This renovation is an investment in hospitality and accessibility—ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, inspired, and valued.
