Cancellations & Compensation Policy

• Cancellation Window & Compensation: If a student cancels their registration within seven (7) days of the scheduled class date, the Instructor will receive full compensation for that student's enrollment spot. This protects the Instructor’s time and reimbursement for class materials already purchased.

• Transfer Restrictions: To maintain accurate headcounts and protect Instructor preparation, students who request to transfer to another date or course within the 7-day pre-class window will generally not be accommodated.

• Exceptions & Special Review: The Cleveland County Arts Council reserves the right to review unique or extenuating circumstances on an individual, case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy will be determined in consultation with the Instructor to ensure an equitable resolution for all parties.
