A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be refunded provided there are
no damages to the premises and a proper clean up of the premises has been done.
A security fee up to $100 may be added at the discretion of the Arts Council.
Renters wishing to set-up the day before are required to pay an additional fee of 50% of the room rental rate
Free meeting space when available
One free special event
i.e.: reception, play, performance, exhibit, meeting
Standard fees reduced by 50% for each additional usage
Use of Parking Lot only
Exhibits – No charge as long as CCAC is considered a cosponsor or the exhibit is under the auspices of CCAC. CCAC will receive 30% commission for artwork sold.
