Marketing Coordinator
The Cleveland County Arts Council is seeking a Marketing Professional to lead promotional efforts. This role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns for gallery events, workshops, classes and special performances.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the unique operational landscape of a non-profit and can produce creative, high-impact results with consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Promotion: Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for gallery openings, festivals, and educational programs.

Creative Engagement: Develop unconventional and effective strategies to increase community participation and audience growth.

Non-Profit Outreach: Navigate non-profit marketing constraints to maximize organizational impact and public awareness.

Brand Management: Act as a primary ambassador, ensuring all communications align with the Arts Council’s mission and professional standards.
Candidate Requirements

Education: 4-year degree in marketing

Experience: Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and delivering data-driven results.

Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to the diverse needs of a non-profit environment.

Commitment: A strong interest in community development and the role of the arts in local culture.
Position Details

Hours: 35–38 hours per week.
