Date Night Glazing Workshop

Come in and enjoy a night out with your significant other while bonding over learning a
new skill. In this one-night workshop we will glaze matching artworks. This could be
something like matching mugs or matching vases or a coaster set. This will feature a handmade piece by the instructor.
Price: $75 per couple
Max amount of couples: 5 couples
Time: Day: Fridays 5:30-7:00
Pickup for pottery at least 1 week- 1.5 weeks

Instructor: Matthew Belk

Hello, my name is Matthew Belk, and I am from Kings Mountain, NC and am excited to
share my love of ceramics with others. I recently graduated from CCC with my
associates of arts and during this process I have fell in love with the process of creating
ceramics. I am a father to and amazing six-year-old and enjoy trips to the mountains to
view waterfalls and trips to the beach. I love both but I enjoy the peacefulness that the
mountains have to offer. I hope to inspire others to make it through another day just like
ceramics has done for me. I have met many amazing people throughout this process
and hope to meet many more. The most important persons involved in inspiring me
would have to be, Ms. Padgett and Mr. Quinn, my art professors at CCC.
